Pool Compliance Certificate – Book with Buildingwise
When you’re a selling a property with a pool or leasing out a property with a pool, you will require a Compliance Certificate from a Pool Certifier.
Our Pool Certifier can inspect your pool and issue a Certificate of Compliance or a Certificate of Non-Compliance.
Where the pool barrier is compliant, Buildingwise will issue a Certificate of Compliance. The Certificate of Compliance is valid for 3 years, and must be renewed once expired.
Where the pool barrier is not compliant, Buildingwise will issue a Certificate of Non-Compliance and a pool report. The pool report identifies the specific reasons why the pool barrier is not compliant and the steps needed to be undertaken to bring the pool barrier into compliance.
Once the pool barrier has been rectified we will do a reinspection and issue a Certificate of Compliance if the pool is compliant.
